5. Pricing, Rates, Payments and Debts
Australian prices/rates are in Australian dollars (AUS) and are either listed as being inclusive of GST and any other sales tax or are listed as being exclusive of GST and any other sales tax.
Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.
There is a 20-minute minimum booking time required for any readings paid for with a credit or debit card.
There are no extra charges to call you back on your landline/mobile in Australia, but extra phone charges may be incurred if we must call you back in other countries.
We will tell you at the time of your booking with us if you may incur extra phone charges.
We will always endeavor to use Skype/Zoom if appropriate to avoid incurring extra phone charges.
6. Credit Card Payments
Prior to your reading and or other and all services, all servies offered are to be prepaid and under no circumstances will credit terms will be entered into.
All extra uncharged minutes at the conclusion of your reading will be billed to your credit card IMMEDIATELY following the conclusion of your service.
We charge your credit card in Australian currency AUS.
For those customers outside of AUS the charge is converted to the relevant currency on the Customer’s Credit/Debit Card account, and may be subject to daily exchange rate fluctuations. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the charge on the customer’s credit card account will not vary.
You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
Additional per-minute charges will apply in ALL cases if your reading service extends longer beyond the duration you have initially purchased.
If you do not have enough funds in your credit card for the extra minutes charged, then your card will be charged for those extra minutes incurred during your reading on the next day following your card being declined and subsequently thereafter each day until the full amount owing is able to be paid.
We will endeavor to collect from you what is owed to us.
We are able to provide you with the credit card authorization number at the time of charging, and/or an Eftpos receipt if you request it, which upon request may be scanned and emailed to your email address.
If you purchase services from us using a credit or debit card, we require you to provide the following information:
-Your name as it appears on your card
-The billing address of your card
-Contact telephone number associated with your card
-Your email address associated with your card
You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate information when asked to so, either by purchasing through the website, or via telephone.
Please note we may request further information to enable us to process any purchases that you make.
Please note we have a NO REFUND policy, so please consider this when purchasing any services from this website, via the telephone, or in-person.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Readings
Please select your reading carefully as once a reading is paid for using our online booking system Setmore through our website link(s) and/or ‘Book Now’ button, or after purchasing a reading from us directly over the telephone or in-person with a credit or debit card, there are no refunds except in unusual and exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot provide the service you have paid for, we will refund your payment using the same payment method you used to purchase your reading.
If you need to cancel your booking, please email us and call or text us to cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the booking. We will endeavour to rebook a mutually suitable day and time for your reading.

Permission to record or publish details of the reading is never granted for reasons of privacy and commercial sensitivity.
You are not permitted to publish the spoken or written contents or the audio or video or recording of a reading given by any psychic reader(s) on behalf of Spirits Messenger, in any forum, in any medium, anywhere, either in private or in public, in whole or in part, to a third party or a publication of any kind, including all forms of social media.
You are not permitted to upload any recording of a reading by any psychic reader(s) who are working for Spirits Messenger, to the internet or the radio or the television or any other website.
You are not permitted to record any part thereof of the conversation, administration and transaction details, texts, messages, emails or any part of the administration, facilitation or service by any staff or reader(s).
All readings and the contents of all readings are confidential and between Spirits Messenger, and the client, or between the psychic reader and the client.
The content or material or discussion or reading or anything discussed during the reading or subsequent discussion about the reading or prior to the reading, is not permitted to be published in part or in whole, or in any way, shape or form to a third party or publication.
Publication of any part or the whole of a reading, is not permitted, unless permission is granted in writing prior to the reading or publication of the reading, by the management and owners of Spirits Messenger.
